Featuring a vast selection of Vintage Recording Gear, Microphones and Instruments, 64Sound is located in HIGHLAND PARK, CA... in a fully restored, classic LA recording studio originally built in the mid 70's.

This 2400 sq. ft., stand-alone space was once home to early works by Devo, Dr. Demento, jazz great Artie Shaw, etc., and now hosts a wide range of local, national, and international artists. It features a great sounding and nearly 1000 sq. ft tracking room, all wood appointed control room, vocal rooms, multiple iso rooms, B-Room, amenities such as an indoor and outdoor lounges, and an extensive and ever-growing collection of recording gear.

We offer a wide array of recording formats, both analog and digital, with many formats of tape available... 2" 24 Track, 2" 16 Track, 1/2" 8 track, 1/4" and 1/2" 2 track... and of course a powerful Pro Tools HDX system.
